Puglia IGT Primitivo

ORGANIC WINE
The grapes are harvested mechanically, destalked and crushed. They are then fermented with selected yeasts. During this phase, colour, tannins and aromas are transferred from the skins into the wine. After a few days, the wine is separated from the skins, and it continues to mature in stainless steel or concrete tanks.

Primitivo
An early-ripening red grape, which is a major representative of viticulture in Puglia, the Region where its cultivation is concentrated. It is trained using the Alberello or low espalier systems.
