ORGANIC WINE
The grapes are harvested and delicately pressed to extract only the finest-quality part of the must, which is then fermented in stainless steel vats. After this phase, the wine is transferred into autoclaves (pressurized tanks), where refermentation produces carbon dioxide, which confers this wine’s characteristic fine bubbles.

Trebbiano Romagnolo
A white variety that is part of the family of the Trebbianos, whose vines are fairly vigorous, and which ripens in mid-autumn. Large, compact bunches. The typical training systems used to be the low Romagna pergola or double-arched cane, whereas recently plantings have changed to Guyot and Casarsa.
