ORGANIC WINE
The grapes are harvested, crushed and fermented after a brief maceration. The wine thus obtained undergoes refermentation in autoclaves (pressurized tanks) and is sterile bottled with a slight amount of residual sugar.

Lambrusco
The Lambruscos represent one of the most important families of red grapes grown in Italy. They are characterised by compact bunches and ripen relatively late. They are trained using the Casarsa, Double Curtain, Guyot, Bellussi and Semi-Bellussi systems.
