Terre Siciliane IGT Catarratto Chardonnay

ORGANIC WINE
The grapes are harvested, destalked, and gently crushed; the must is then delicately extracted in a pneumatic press. At the end of this process the must is fermented at controlled temperatures so as to make the wine’s subtly fruity profile emerge. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its yeast lees in order to limit any oxidative phenomena.

Catarratto
An ancient white variety known and grown in Sicily since time immemorial. Its cultivation is concentrated in the Provinces of Trapani, Palermo and Agrigento.
